How to Set Up Scheduled Tasks in ChatGPT

1. Go to ChatGPT's website, click on your profile icon, and select "Tasks" from the menu.

2. Select from suggested tasks or create your own by entering a specific promp.

3. Once your task is submitted, ChatGPT will confirm the setup and allow you to customize notifications. Choose between push alerts, emails, or both, depending on your preferences.

4. Manage your tasks: To view, edit, or pause a task, go back to the Tasks menu. With just a few clicks, you can modify schedules or delete tasks as needed.
