Benchmarking platform Artificial Analysis just released its 2025 ‘State of Generative Media’ report, which polled 300 developers and creators to track personal and enterprise AI adoption levels, model preferences, and more. Google’s Gemini captured 74% of AI image use, and Veo took 69% of video creators, beating out rivals OAI, Midjourney, and Chinese options like Kling.
Nvidia is reportedly developing an internal robotaxi project. The project will follow a single-stage end-to-end technology route in which one neural network is trained and reinforced through simulation-generated world models. Nvidia plans to invest $3 billion and launch operations in the US.

A Baltimore high school’s AI surveillance system triggered a police response after mistaking a student’s bag of Doritos for a firearm, leading to the teen being handcuffed after officers arrived with guns drawn. The system, made by Omnilert, flagged the footage and alerted law enforcement. Administrators defended the software as “working as intended,” even as the student said he no longer feels safe on campus.
